To get started, please download and complete an application and submit it with all required documents listed to our Leasing Office in Chalan Kanoa. The application process begins! Upon approval, the Leasing Team will assist you with power connection and prepare your rental lease agreement with the Ocean Ridge Homes community rules and regulations. When these steps are completed and agreements are finalized and signed, the keys to your new home will be handed to you!
