Ocean Ridge Homes is an affordable housing complex with three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment rentals in Saipan. The number of comfortable, affordable apartments has grown for the Triple J Saipan Real Estate Group since the establishment of Sandy Beach Homes, which also includes Saipan Comfort Homes.

Ocean Ridge Homes is a Federal Tax credit housing program. All Northern Mariana Islands residents may apply, even if they are not U.S. citizens.

A low-incoming housing development status is determined by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) by assessing the Area Median Gross Income for that specific area, in this case, Saipan. The monthly rental rate cannot exceed the allowable, predetermined range which is calculated by the HUD, all based on the Area Median Gross Income for Saipan.

Ocean Ridge Homes is a low income housing tax credit development which are built to provide safe, healthy, and affordable housing for working individuals and families whose incomes are at or below the Income Limits based on the AMI and household size of the area as determined by HUD.
