Can anyone live at Ocean Ridge Homes?


All legal residents of the Northern Mariana Islands, including non-U.S. citizens, are eligible to apply. Applicant households may be families, or groups of unrelated individuals. Eligibility requirements are based on household size and income limits.

Does Ocean Ridge Homes accept Section 8 vouchers?

At Ocean Ridge Homes, we believe every family should have access to a comfortable, safe home. We welcome recipients of Section 8 housing vouchers, though certain details must be verified before approval. Please feel free to contact our office for more information.

Does Ocean Ridge Homes screen its tenants?

Ocean Ridge Homes affirms its policy of equal housing opportunity in compliance with Federal housing standards. We value the importance of providing all residents with a safe, secure, and comfortable community. In order to uphold those standards, we do request to see a valid I.D. and police clearance. We also conduct credit and reference checks for all applicants.

What income verification forms are needed?

Prior to approval, income must first be verified. The Ocean Ridge Homes Leasing Staff will work with the applicants and their employer to manage this process as efficiently as possible. When filling out an application, be sure to bring an official photo I.D. (driver’s license or passport or other government issued I.D.), social security card, recent tax forms, and your six (6) most recent pay stubs. If you are receiving income from any other source, please bring documentation.

Are we allowed to have parties?

At Ocean Ridge Homes, we want our tenants to feel at home. Gatherings can be held at home or at the community pavilion. However, residents are responsible for clean-up and monitoring of household members and guests, are expected to maintain a respectful atmosphere, and must comply with the community rules.

Can we have pets?

Birds and fish are permitted but are limited to two domesticated pet birds per unit and fish are limited to an aquarium that does not exceed 50 gallons. Additional charges for birds and fish may apply if there is any damage caused by the pets to the home. No other pets are allowed.

What is monthly rent?

$730.00 as of 2019 – Subject to change

Eligibility?

Your income must not exceed a set limit. These limits are in place to help ensure affordable housing options are available to low income families of all sizes and are determined annually be the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The number of people in your household determines the maximum income level for our various properties.
