Rental Checklist

The documents listed below are what you need to have to apply for Sandy Beach Homes rental units. Prior to approval, all income must be verified by obtaining the following documents. Please note to only bring the documents that apply to your personal situation.

• Copies of valid/unexpired photo I.D.s for ALL members of the household
• Copies of Social Security cards for ALL household members (Names on cards must be exactly the same as those on photo I.D.s)
• 6 Payroll check stubs, ending with the most recent
• Most recent bank statement for all savings accounts
• 6 most recent bank statements for all checking accounts, ending with the most recent
• Proof of child and/or spousal support payments
• Proof of social security income, disability, or other government income
• Current offer letter for income/employment
• Financial aid documentation from student’s school with clear statement of portion designation
• Students whose income do not meet the eligibility threshold will need a qualified cosigner
• Work Authorizations (CW/Visa) - if applicable
• Credit report for all adult household members
• Police Clearance for all adult household members (upon approval of application)
